An exuberant setting of Psalm 117, Rupert Lang’s Cantate Domino has been performed around the world, since being published by Boosey & Hawkes more than thirty years ago. Rupert was commissioned in 2022 to create a new arrangement for mixed voices, suitable for strong choirs of all ages - this latest version simplifies the lower voice parts for choirs capable of SSAA divisi but needing no splits for the tenors and basses.
